A bit cold with a strong NNW wind but beautiful and sunny if you’re dressed appropriately. The UV index is 8-10 right now so, yes, you do have to wear sunscreen even in March. Enjoy the beach.

    Just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how much we appreciate your website…

    Quick question for you….the past few years my family and I have come down in August and really didn’t get a chance to enjoy the beach as much as we’re used to…The June grass was so think you could barely see your knees when in the water…We are planning on coming down in early June this year and wondered if historically the water has been clear during the past few years?
